BWI is the closest to the city where the hotels are located. Dulles and Ronald Regan airports are closer to DC and about an hour and a half to 2 hour drive to Baltimore.
We will be having a cocktail style reception with food stations that will have plenty of options for any guests with dietary restrictions. Please let us know in your RSVP if you have any food allergies we need to notify catering staff of.
This will be an adults only reception with the exception of our ring bearers.
Yes, there will be shuttles at both hotels departing at 5:15pm sharp for the BMA. There will be a shuttle to the after party that will continue on to the hotels after the reception. There will also be a shuttle available after the afterparty back to the hotels.
If you are driving, there will be valet service at the BMA
Yes, please follow the cues of event staff if you need an elevator to get to the reception space from the ceremony
