Come celebrate our marriage!

Lauren and Kyle met at a Kappa Alpha social event during St. Pat's in Rolla, MO. Lauren was not going to go to this party, but her roommate convinced her that it would be fun. Kyle was wearing a red plaid suit, a cowboy hat, and sunglasses (at night) while holding two bottles of the world's most disgusting liquor - Mad Dog 20/20. Both had a weird sense that they had met before. It suddenly occurred to them at approximately the same time, "I think I matched with him/her on Tinder". For those who do not know, Tinder is a dating app that Lauren would get from time to time, but never actually use to find dates. Now, being the polite person that she is, and also not wanting to be wrong, Lauren whispered to a fellow soccer gal that she recognized Kyle from Tinder. Not even two seconds later, Kyle announced, "Hey we matched on Tinder!" This led to a night of Kyle introducing her to all of his friends as the Tinder girl who never messaged him back...which is what every girl dreams of when interested in a guy. Besides the wonderful nickname, the two hit it off! At the end of the night when Lauren had decided to head home, but she couldn't leave without something. Lauren boldly asked Kyle, "Aren't you going to ask for my number?" and without hesitation, Kyle replied, "Yes!" And that was the beginning of their wonderful relationship that was so strong, that they made it through Covid, years of long distance, a puppy, and a beautiful baby girl, Meredith.
