Andrew and Mary first met Thanksgiving 2021. Andrew had just moved to the Bay Area from SoCal and started working at Royal Ambulance, where Mary was working. Andrew was being trained by Mary's ambulance partner Ben and had heard a lot about her through him. Andrew sat down in the lounge area at their base and introduced himself to Mary. This sparked a long conversation about playing video games and later their love for reading. They agreed to play that night with their friend Ben. After that first meeting Andrew decided he wanted to get to know Mary and what better way to do that than to work a 10 hour shift. That one 10 hour shift turned into several and by Christmas, Andrew knew Mary was the one. On new years eve Andrew and Mary went on their first date eating sushi and overlooking the San Francisco lights from Grizzly Peak. Since then they have moved in together, gotten two sphynx (hairless) cats named Luci and Mila, and embarked on many adventures like camping in Oregon with friends, driving ambulances to the far reaches of California, and sailing to Mexico. Now they have decided to move into the next chapter of life and become husband and wife.
