Check in begins at 3pm and check out is at 11am. Shuttles will be provided to transport guests to and from the venue. ------- The shuttles will leave the hotel at approximately 4:15pm. Arrival at the venue will be approximately 4:45pm. ------- There will be two shuttles at the end of evening to go back to the hotel, they will leave the venue at 10:45pm and 11:00pm.
