Google Maps INCORRECTLY believes that the 0.1mi stretch of Blue Ridge Parkway on the route to Sky Retreat is closed due to Hurricane Helene. This is not the case, that stretch of Blue Ridge Parkway has never been closed. 

As such, Google Maps will attempt to send you on a much longer dirt road around the mountain. We recommend you DO NOT use Google Maps, rather use one of the alternate Navigation App options listed here.
