Question

When should I arrive into DFW?

Answer

We recommend coming into town on Friday afternoon to give yourself ample time in case of delays. We plan on having an optional welcome event near the blocked hotel on Friday evening. All activities will finish on Saturday night, so we recommend returning home on Sunday.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend the DFW airport, as it is closer to the Montclair than Love Field. The hotel also has a complimentary airport shuttle :)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have only included those who show on the 'RSVP' tab when you input your name. If you would like an adult plus one, please reach out directly to Cady or Jack to discuss.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn DFW North Grapevine. Please see the "Travel and Transportation" section for more information.

What should I wear?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal.

Will the wedding be outside?

The entire event will take place indoors.

How should we get to the wedding and where should we park?

Answer

The Montclair has plenty of free parking. We are working on securing transportation to the hotel and after party. More details to come.

Will there be food/drinks at the cocktail hour?

Answer

Light hors d'oeuvres will be served, and a full service open bar will be available.

What will be served at the reception?

Answer

We will have a buffet style dinner, as well as cake.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Please no photos during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer on site to commemorate the evening.
