Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

We will have a welcome party on August 4th. We ask that you check in at 3 p.m. before the welcome party, get settled, and then join us for dinner at the clubhouse. Transportation will be provided from the castle to the clubhouse

What should I wear?

Answer

For our welcome party, we ask everyone to dress in cocktail attire. The welcome party will be indoors. For our wedding, we ask that all guests dress in black. Ladies, please wear a long black formal dress and men a black suit. The ceremony will be on the lawn and the reception will be in the ballroom.

When to rsvp by?

After you receive your formal invitation, RSVP and book your room at Luttrellstown Castle as these are on a first-come basis. We understand if you cannot make it, please let us know by May 27.

How do I book my room at Luttrellstown Castle?

Answer

Once you receive your formal invitation and RSVP, you will be able to book your room through our coordinator, Shannon. When you RSVP, please provide the best email address and we will connect you with Shannon. From there, Shannon will send you an invoice for your room. Breakfast will be provided on the wedding date and the day after.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your invitation. When you RSVP, we will denote the seats reserved for you.

Is there transportation to and from the nearby hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend all guests stay at the castle August 4 and 5 as we will not be providing transportation off property. Transportation will only be provided for the Welcome Party

What amenities do the rooms at the castle include?

Each room has a hair dryer and steamer.
