It's finally happening.

As many of you know, these two met in highschool and started dating the July going into their junior year (2012). Nate was smooth and funny. He won Cadie over with all the secret notes he'd throw at her during a history class they shared together. She wore a cheeta print skirt one day and it was game over for him. They soon after started dating. Flash forward to graduation, they embarked on two seperate journies that were simular experienes but would become a test of time and their relationship would have to withstand the distance. Nate was first to go to bootcamp after joining the Marine Corps Reserve and Cadie followed shortly after for basic training in the Air National Guard. Distance became something they would become very familar with. Nate continued his job in carpentry and Cadie received a part-time position as a special ed paraprofessional while going to school full time. They bounced around places to stay but were fortunate enough to end up at Nate's parents' in-law appartment for a few years. They learned how to be an (mostly) independent couple and grow with the experiences they faced. Shortly after, Nate proposed to Cadie at his family's photo shoot in September of 2018. January 2019 Nate was sent on a deployment where he was scheduled to return sometime in November but a date wasn't clear. One of the pleasures of the military is embracing the unknown. To keep herself busy, Cadie took a break from school and started a full time postition at her own base in RI. Nate came back a stronger and wiser man, while Cadie grew into a confident and independent woman. Together, they were ready to take on the rest of their lives. They purchased their first duplex in April 2020 and spent many late nights there sprucing it up (with the help of friends and family) and ensuring a safe place for themselves and tenants to live. They turned a house into a home with fires by the river in their back yard, game nights with friends and family, and walks on the path with their fur baby that's conveniently right across the street from them. One just wasn't enough. They are in the business now and were on the hunt for another. Recently, they purchased their second duplex and will be complete with rennovations before their big day (hopefully)! They continue to be an ambitious couple. Nate started his own constuction company with his brother (shoutout to Vern Brothers LLC) where they build beautiful barns/garages, turn the old to new, or really anything construction related you can think of. While Cadie has had an indecisive heart for a career path, she is finally pursing her passion and is wrapping up her BA to become an interior designer (and maybe open a ceramic shop on the side). The possibilities are endless for them! The almost 10 years have gone by in a blink of an eye. They would never be where they are now without the encouragement and support from friends and family. With that being said, they cannot wait to spend this day full of love with all of you. This is a celebration for you as much as it is for them and they sincerly cannot thank you all enough for the things you have all done over the years. So, let's celebrate!! Take ...3?
