It all started with a little matchmaking from Cadence’s older sister. Celeste (Cadence’s sister) and Armando worked together at an Automotive shop. Celeste constantly chatted about her younger sister and finally convinced Armando to ask her out, even got some help from her Husband. After hearing about each other for weeks, we finally met. From that first conversation, something just clicked. For the first eight months we were long distance. Cadence was in Abilene and Armando was in Austin. Even miles apart, we stayed connected and close. The distance only made us stronger, before long we knew this was something worth holding on to. Over time we found that the little things meant the most. Spending time with our families, sharing laughs, and enjoying life with our dog Pepper made every day together feel easy, natural, and right. Two years later, Armando proposed at a place that means the world to Cadence, her grandfather’s memorial bench in her hometown of Marble Falls, Texas. It was the perfect moment. Quiet, meaningful, and a beautiful reminder of how far we’ve come together. As we get ready to celebrate our wedding day, we can’t help but feel grateful for every step that led us to being here. We’re so excited to start this next chapter surrounded by the people who have loved and supported us from the very beginning. Thank you for being part of our story. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
