Our story began on Mutual, the LDS dating app. Just three months after returning from her full-time mission in Mongolia, Cadence was stepping back into the dating world when she came across a cute Mongolian guy named Amkaa. Intrigued, she swiped right—and the spark was instant. After just a few hours of messaging, we planned our first date for the very next day. That first date was simple but unforgettable: Korean food, a walk around BYU campus, and a stroll through the Provo City Center Temple grounds. It went so well that we scheduled our second date for the very next day. Before we knew it, we’d planned seven dates in seven days—and by the end of that week, we were officially a couple. Since then, our journey has been full of adventure and joy. From celebrating Mongolian holidays and performing in Christmas nativities, to spontaneous road trips to California and working side by side at the MTC, we’ve embraced every new experience with love and excitement for what the Lord has in store for us.
