Shuttle

A shuttle service will be provided from both hotels and to the venue BEFORE and AFTER the event. The bus will pick up at Holiday Inn Hotel around 2:30p and then pick up at Hampton Inn Hotel around 2:35p for drop off at White Stone Events at approximately 3:15-3:30p. Bus ride is roughly 20-25 minutes from hotels to venue. Drinks are welcome on the bus but may NOT be brought off the bus onto venue property. At the end of the night, there will be two trips provided back to both hotels. First trip to leave White Stone Events around 10:15-10:30p, and second trip to leave around 11:15-11:30p. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate if you'd like to be included in the head count for this shuttle service.
