While we are thrilled to host an open bar for our guests; our venue enforces strict guidelines regarding alcohol. A mandatory on-site security team will be present to ensure a safe environment. Please note that security is required to confiscate any outside alcohol (including flasks) and safely escort anyone who is visibly impaired off the property. We want everyone to have an amazing time, so thank you in advance for drinking responsibly and helping us keep the night safe and fun for everyone! P.S. No rules for the after party!
Our venue has a very strict non-smoking policy to protect the beautiful grounds. Cigarettes, cigars, and all other forms of smoking are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Vaping is not permitted anywhere in the building or surrounding building areas. There is a fire pit area where guests may vape only. We kindly ask that you honor these rules so we can celebrate worry-free and retain our security deposit.
We love children but due to venue regulations and space limitations, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can use this as an opportunity to enjoy a parents' night off!
We kindly ask that you do not substitute a plus one for an invited family member. We want to ensure our ceremony and reception remain intimate with the people we know and love. I am sure you understand we do not want to meet someone for the first time at our wedding. We would love to celebrate with more friends later in the evening so you are welcome to invite your plus one to join us at the after-party.
Welcome Party: 'Twas the Night Before the Wedding- Evening cocktail attire for women, and business attire for men. Cade's business attire of nice jeans, a button-down shirt, and boots is acceptable! Wedding and Reception: Semi-formal or formal attire. No jeans or casual wear, please. Tuxedos, suits, evening gowns, and classic cocktail dresses are welcome. Our photographer recommended avoiding bright or high-contrast colors, so we kindly ask guests to lean toward a more muted, classic palette or black to complement the ambiance of the venue and photos beautifully. After party: Anything goes! Change into whatever you are most comfortable in to keep the party going.
November in Greenville can get quite chilly! Our ceremony will be held outdoors, so we highly recommend bringing a warm coat or wrap. The rest of the evening's festivities (the reception and after-party) will take place indoors, so you can shed your layers once it's time to celebrate.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your room(after October 15). We have a contract with the hotel requiring us to fill a specific number of reservations, and we are financially responsible for any unfilled rooms in our block. By letting us know early, we can try to fill it with another guest who needs lodging.
Greenville is the closest airport to the hotel and wedding venue. Allegiant flies into Greenville from Sarasota and is a short Uber ride to the hotel but has limited travel dates. Asheville Airport is about an hour and twenty minutes from Greenville but historically during the week of Thanksgiving there are daily flights from Punta Gorda. We have taken an Uber from Asheville Airport to the hotel and it was around $100.
No, you do not need a rental car. The welcome party is walking distance from our hotel, and the wedding venue is a short 20min Uber ride from downtown.

Uber from Hotel to venue currently(May) is ranging from $25-$38(XL). Uber from Greenville Airport to hotel ranges from $34- $54(XXL). Uber from Asheville Airport to hotel ranges from $70-$120(XL)
Parking Information: Please note that the hotel does not offer complimentary parking. Valet parking is available for $28 per day, and self-parking is available for $20 per day.
There is plenty of parking at the wedding venue.
Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.
