What if my invite only says reception?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we could only invite a few of our many loved ones to the ceremony. We are looking forward to celebrating with everyone at the reception!

Where should we park for the ceremony?

Answer

Parking for the ceremony is available in the church lot and along the church cemetery's driveway. Parking is limited, so please consider carpooling!

Where should we park for the reception?

Answer

Parking for the reception is available around the back of Southern Grace Manor, and in the adjoining Southern Grace Coffee parking lot. The manor is only a short walk from the coffee shop. Overflow parking is available nearby in the Greenbelt lot at 325 S Court Street, by the amphitheater.

How far is the drive from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

Assuming normal traffic conditions, it should be about a 20 minute drive. There's no set-in-stone start time for the reception, so please drive carefully!

Should we ship gifts or bring them to the reception?

Answer

Gifts are never expected but always appreciated, so whatever is easiest for you! There will be space for them at the reception if you prefer.

Is the reception outside?

Answer

All food will be served indoors, but there is seating available both inside the manor and in its paved courtyard. There won't be a seating chart, so sit wherever you prefer!

Can I bring a plus one, or my kids?

Answer

Due to limited space, only guests specified in the invitation text can be accommodated. We can't wait to see you!

So, what's for dinner?

Answer

We are so excited to work with The Italian Apron of Maryville! Dinner will feature garlic breadsticks, salad, fried ravioli, and a pasta bar! Southern Grace Manor will provide sweet and unsweet tea, water, and lemonade. Due to venue restrictions, no alcohol will be served (or allowed on premises).
