The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Please arrive 15–30 minutes early to get settled. There is approximately a 5-minute walk from the parking lots to the ceremony site, so please plan accordingly.
Unfortunately, due to limited capacity and space restrictions, we can only accommodate those who have been formally invited. If you have a plus one, it will be specified on your invitation.
Our wedding is black tie, and we can’t wait to see your best runway looks! We kindly ask that you avoid wearing ivory, white, and cream colors. Please also wear shoes that are comfortable for walking on grass, since our ceremony will take place on the golf course.
While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our special day adults-only. We respectfully request no children at the ceremony or reception, so all guests can enjoy an adults-only evening. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!
Unfortunately, there will not be a hotel block. However, we have provided some excellent rental companies and nearby hotels in the Travel section for your convenience!
We recommend staying near or within Sea Pines, as all wedding festivities will take place there. However, we haven’t stayed anywhere on the island that we haven’t loved!
A day pass to enter Sea Pines is $10 per vehicle. If you are staying within Sea Pines, your rental property will provide gate access. On the day of the wedding, the gate fee will be waived for guests staying outside of Sea Pines, just let the gate agent know you are attending the Smith Sanders wedding in Harbour Town.
For the reception and ceremony, you may park in the Harbour Town Golf Links parking lot or in the larger Harbour Town parking lots. Vehicles can be left overnight if a ride-share is used to get home safely.
While we are hoping for the best, we do have a plan! In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the Heritage Room of the Harbour Town Clubhouse. We will provide additional information if relocation becomes necessary.
