Unless indicated on your invite, we cannot accommodate additional guests due to space and vendor limitations. If we are able to accommodate your plus-one, your invite will be addressed to you and a "guest." Please reach out if you are unsure!
While we love your kiddos, we kindly request you do not bring your children unless indicated on your invite. Use this as a date night!
Yes! Because Ivy Black is located outside of town where Uber is inaccessible, we want to make sure our guests are able to enjoy the night without worrying about a ride. The shuttle will drop guests off at the Country Inn and the Fairfield Inn as well as at homes within a short distance from these hotels.
Yes! We have blocked off rooms at the Country Inn & Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites. Both are in Duluth located near the airport, and our shuttle will bring people to these two hotels at the end of the night. See the "Travel" tab on this website for more booking information. We recommend booking ASAP as the Duluth Airshow is also this weekend!
Yes, Ivy Black has a large parking lot, and they do allow overnight parking. Your vehicle must be picked up the following morning by 9am. You are more than welcome to utilize the shuttle at night (for free) and pick up your car the next morning!
Please RSVP by June 11th, 2026. We will need to provide our vendors with a final guest count. The sooner, the better!

Our caterer is Valentini's. We will have a pasta bar with several sauces to choose from as well as breadsticks and salad. They will provide gluten-free options as well.
