Question

Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue, and if so what are the times for it?

Answer

Yes, if you are staying at the hotel with our room block there will be 3 bigger caravans shuttling guests to and from the wedding venue. The shuttles will start around 4:45pm and go continuously until the final pick up time just before the ceremony, which will be around 5:35pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 6pm. The shuttles will start up again, this time departing from the venue back to the hotel starting from 9:45pm and go until 11:45pm. The Bride and Groom will be having their send off just before the reception ends at 11pm.

Anything to do on the Friday night before the big day?

Answer

We highly suggest exploring the awesome breweries and restaurants in downtown Asheville! We also wanted to let our guest know that after the rehearsal dinner on Friday night, the bride and groom (along with much of the bridal party) plan to head to "Melting Pot Social" a fun spot in downtown Asheville. This is an open and informal invite for any and all friends and family members who would like to come! We would definitely love to see as many faces before the big day! What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal! Weather permitting, we are planning to have our ceremony outside, and our dinner/reception will be held inside the beautiful pavilion. That being said we will also have an outside bar and patio space with a cozy outdoor fireplace!
