We attended college in different states (Virginia and Michigan), so many of the early years of our relationship were spent on video calls and texting! It was an incredibly long four years, but each and every moment was worth it. Long distance can seem daunting, but when you find the right person, it flies by in the blink of an eye! Neither of us can imagine going back to those days, but we both share fond memories of those times. Our first "I love you" was actually over text :)
