What is the dress code?

Answer

Attire: Cocktail. Gentlemen, please wear suits. Ladies, please wear dresses or chic cocktail outfits. As the ceremony will take place on the beach, consider footwear suitable for sand or easily slipped on and off.

Please have RSVP by February 28th at the latest so we can coordinate accordingly.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking at the resort.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Assuming weather cooperates for us the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception will all be outside. The ceremony will be on the beach. Cocktail hour & reception are on a beautiful lawn.

How will we get from the ceremony to the cocktail hour & reception?

Answer

The distance from the ceremony to cocktail hour & reception is a quick walk or 2 min drive - we will have a trolley or your welcome to take your car as there is plenty of parking.

Where do we go for the ceremony once we get to the venue?

Answer

Once you arrive at Longboat Key Club Resort, you'll go to the entrance of the resort and they'll guide you to the ceremony on South Beach. There will be plenty of parking by the main entrance or your welcome to valet.
