We met like many modern couples do, on Hinge. Just a week into talking, George sent Cada a casual selfie… but there was nothing casual about what came next. Standing beside him in the photo were two of Cada’s friends. As it turns out, one of Cada’s friends had just started dating George’s friend and happened to meet him at a watch party. When she asked about his love life, George showed her a picture of the girl he’d been talking to—only for her and her friends to completely freak out when they realized it was Cada. After that unexpected connection, George asked Cada out, and the rest is history. These days, they’re both living in Tennessee. Cada works as a landscape designer in Chattanooga, and George is working toward his master’s in theology at Sewanee. Cypress (cat) and Riley (dog) are never far from their story.
