As much as we love little ones, the reception will be an adults-only celebration, cutoff being 21. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!
The ceremony and reception will be taking place at the same location, The Belle of Blue Bell Country Club. The ceremony will be held outside but in the case of cold/bad weather the ceremony will be moved inside. The reception is in the main ballroom of The Belle.
Yes! There is parking located out front of The Belle if you decide to drive.
We recommend that you arrive around 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. That way everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
If you are staying at the Normandy Farm Hotel, there is a complimentary shuttle that will transport you to and from the venue (Refer to the Travel section for more details).
The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm - outside if the weather is nice. After the ceremony, guests can move to the Birkdale Room for cocktail hour. Around 6:30pm, the reception will begin in the main Belle Ballroom with a sit-down dinner, open bar, and dancing lasting until 10:30pm. The party doesn’t stop there! Head over to the Farmer’s Daughter Bar located in the Normandy Farm Hotel for some after party fun!
Formal attire. If the weather is nice, our ceremony will be taking place on a grassy field, so ladies, please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear! Since this is an October wedding, you may want to bring a jacket in case it's chilly.
There will be a vegetarian dinner meal option. If there are other dietary restrictions, please notify Cacey and/or Francis as soon as possible so we can make accommodations for your meal ahead of time.
