Please RSVP no later than August 1, 2024.
It will be a lovely 95 degrees during the ceremony with refreshing air conditioning in our reception area to cool off. Please dress accordingly.
Cocktail attire is suggested. Given the beautiful red rocky area and the amount of dancing we will be doing, it is best to wear flat shoes or a shoe with a block or wedge instead of a heel. The red rock does stain material so paper booties will be made available to cover your shoes if needed during the ceremony area. Please consider the warm weather and rocky area when choosing your wardrobe and shoes.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM sharp. It takes at least 10 to 15 minutes from the entrance of the resort to get to the ceremony point. If you are staying at the resort, golf carts will be available to rent to get from your room/rv space to the ceremony/reception area. The resort is very large and the rv spaces/rooms are spread out throughout the resort. Please plan accordingly.
Yes, children are allowed and may be monitored by a paid nanny who will be on site at the reception area. Children's activities will be provided. Please RSVP for your children if you plan on bringing them.
The majority of guests will be staying at the Havasu Springs Resort. We highly suggest you stay at this resort given all other accommodations require travel by car. However, if you plan on staying outside of the Havasu Springs Resort, please let us know so taxi services can be contacted on your behalf when leaving the reception.
