How do we get from Airport to Resort?

Answer

The travel agent is booking your stay + flight + transportation through Hard Rock — all together.

How will we receive important updates or know where everyone is?

Answer

Once you’re booked, we’ll get everyone set up on a group messaging app. We’ll use it to share important notes, event reminders, and let guests know where we are throughout the trip.

How long do I need to stay?

Answer

Travel agent has options ranging from 3 to 7 nights. Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos requires a 3-night minimum stay to attend the wedding and book within our room block. Most guests are booking Thursday–Sunday, but if you’d like to stay longer and celebrate with the bride & groom all week, we’d love that too.

How should I RSVP?

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP latest by January 2027 so we can plan accordingly!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If a plus one was included with your invitation, absolutely! Since guests are paying for their own travel, your approved guest is welcome to join you. Please RSVP early if you’re bringing a plus-one & not last second.

When should I get my passport?

Answer

Get your passport ASAP! It can take several weeks/months. Steps: 1. Gather documents: birth certificate, ID, passport photo, DS-11 form. 2. Passport photo at Walgreens 3. Submit & pay in person at a Post Office (by appointment) 4. Track and wait for processing.

Are kids welcome?

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the only gift we need! We do not have a traditional registry!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Can I set up payment plans?

Answer

Yes! Payment plans are available, and your trip simply needs to be paid in full by the final payment deadline before travel. For all flight, transportation, and resort stay arrangements, please contact our travel agent, Amanda, who can bundle everything into one package and help find the best option for your needs. You may choose to set up scheduled payments on specific dates or make payments whenever you’d like by contacting her and requesting that a payment be processed.

Is it okay to book our family an excursion, etc?

Answer

Your time is your time — relax at the resort or explore excursions on your own schedule. This is your vacation too.
