Can I stay at a different resort?
Answer
Discouraged - we want to make the most of our time with you! Please use the booking link on the travel page. A day pass will need to be purchased for each guest not staying on property. The average taxi ride from other properties to the Hard Rock is 30+ min and $50+ each way.

Room Rates?
Answer
Please use the booking link on the travel page. Room rates start at $584 per night (partial ocean view and double jacuzzi tub on balcony). This price covers 2 adults for roundtrip airport transportation (minimum 3 night stay) and unlimited food/drink. Upgraded rooms and suites available. $200 deposit due to time of booking (refundable up until 90 days prior to arrival). Remainder due 60 days prior to arrival.

To enjoy the celebrations, we recommend arriving no later than Thursday, May 28, 2026 and departing on Sunday, May 31, 2026. Feel free to extend your vacation by arriving early/staying longer, we certainly will be! The wedding ceremony is Friday, May 29, 2026.

Airport Transportation?
Answer
The room block includes free round trip airport transportation for 2 guests per room (minimum 3 night stay). When booking, be sure to check the box to include the free transportation option. Additional passengers are $100 roundtrip. After booking your room and flights, request your free transportation here: vacationplanners@hrhloscabos.com At the airport you will find them at station #9 once you walk across the curb outside the airport. Look for the purple “On Tour” shirts and a sign for the Hard Rock. Is the Resort Kid-Friendly?

Kids stay free up to age 12! The Hard Rock is a paradise for kids, we hope you’ll bring them too! Kids Club - crafts, fun games, live “concerts” and jam sessions. Drop the kids off here for free babysitting (ages 4-12). Teen Club - Air Hockey, Pool Table, Xbox One, Board Games and 8 Arcade Games Music Lab - expert instruction and stage training Bowling Alley - (additional charge) Escape Rooms - (additional charge)

Does the resort have areas that are Adults Only?
Answer
Yes - there are separate areas, pools, and bars that are adults only. For an additional cost, upgrade your experience with Tequila tasting, Wine tasting, or an exclusive chef’s dinner option.

Do I need a passport?
Answer
Yes, you need a valid passport that does not expire before Nov 31, 2026. If you don’t yet have one or it expires before this date, apply now as the process can take several months.
