What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

It is recommended to arrive at the Ceremony 15 minutes prior to the Ceremony time.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests coordinate their own transportation for the evening.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking for the Ceremony can be found behind Second Baptist Church. Parking for the Reception is available from Main Street to the parking lot behind the Commonwealth Club. The Commonwealth Club also offers valet parking at it's front entrance.
