There is a light rail you can take from SeaTac airport to Downtown/Capitol Hill for $2.75. It takes about 45 minutes. If you’re looking for something a bit quicker, It’s a $35 Uber ride from SeaTac airport to downtown Seattle.
Parking in Seattle is an absolute nightmare. We recommend taking Lyft/Uber. If you are staying in the core downtown area or in Capitol Hill, everywhere you’d want to go is less than a $10 Lyft/Uber ride.
We recommend Capitol Hill or the core downtown area. Some apps and websites we recommend are Airbnb, Hotel Tonight and Agoda. You can get some great deals on HT and Agoda. We really like Hotel Theodore! Also we will be getting a fancy hotel for Saturday night, so our apartment will be available. It’s 2 bedrooms and a large living room with a very comfortable couch and a beautiful view of downtown and SLU. Our place can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people and is a 5 minute walk to the venue. We are also renting out the guest unit in our building and it can easily accommodate 2 people. We are also renting out Hellfire Seattle for guests as well. You can literally see it from our living room, though there is I-5 in between us. It’s a huge space that can accommodate 4 or so people. There’s even a ball pit and a giant Ouiji board painted on the floor and you enter through a book shelf- if that’s your scene 👻
