Homewood Suites by Hilton

This is the hotel we suggest staying at, and have blocked a group of rooms with. Homewood Suites is about 3 miles from the reception venue, and have quoted us Single Room Suites (w/ kitchenette & living room) for $159/night. Free breakfast, as well as a pool and outdoor grill/fire place area. We highly suggest booking your room ASAP, as this is a holiday weekend. The block is offered for the nights of August 30 & 31 -- checkout Sept 1. However, the hotel is offering the same rate for 1 day prior to and 1 day after the block. You need to call in if you want to book these additional days (after making a reservation online), and ask for Bonnie Baker from the Sales office. The front desk should forward you to her, and she will hook you up. If the hotel does not honor it, please let Sean or Chelsea know so that we can take care of it!

Denver International Airport

DIA is the closest airport to Boulder, about 33 miles away. It’s about a 45 min drive to Boulder from Denver airport. We suggest flying in on Friday morning / Thursday night, and planning to leave Sunday afternoon. However, it is a holiday weekend -- so feel free to make a little vacation out of it, and stay as long as you please! There are many beautiful hikes & activities to enjoy nearby.
