FAQs

The Wedding Website of Chelsea Radtke and Matthew Barr
Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP via the form on our wedding website, the link (QR code) for which can be found on the back of your formal invite. Invitations will be mailed out in late October/early November. We ask that you kindly respond as soon as possible so we can finalize our headcount for our vendors. The hard deadline for RSVPs is Friday February 6, 2026.

Question

What if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending." We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time frame they have given us. Thank you for your understanding! If for any reason you need to change your RSVP after the online portal has closed, please reach out to either Matt or Chelsea directly.

Question

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

In an effort to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire (i.e. suit and tie, well-tailored blazer and dress pants, jumpsuits, mini, knee-length or midi cocktail dresses)

Question

Will we be inside or outside?

Answer

The very short ceremony will take place outside. Cocktail hour will be in a covered patio area. The remaining festivities will be indoors, although the bar will be located on the covered patio. Heat lamps will be provided, but bring something to cover up just in case.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

We are happy to include the beloved offspring of our family and friends. We do ask that all kids be closely monitored throughout the festivities, and refrain from running around the premises as requested by the venue. Parental Advisory: There will be drinking, explicit music, and general debauchery that takes place at the reception. Attendant discretion advised.

Question

What can I NOT bring?

Answer

Per venue policy, none of the following is permitted on the premises: outside alcohol, drugs (including marijuana), firearms or weapons of any kind, glitter, fireworks, sparklers, or other forms of open flame. These restrictions are strictly enforced, and fines will be applied at our expense should any restrictions be violated. So... just don't. We also have more than one guest with a severe peanut allergy, therefore we respectfully request that any parents bringing snacks for their little ones avoid treats with this ingredient. Thank you!

Question

Can we take pictures and video?

Answer

While we do ask that all phones be placed on silent during the ceremony, guests are more than welcome to take NON-INTRUSIVE pictures and video throughout the evening. We will have a professional photographer on site to capture key moments, so please be aware and make way for them to do their work. We'll happily share photos with you later! There will also be QR codes around for you to scan and (hopefully) upload and share your photos as well.

Question

What time should I show up?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins - that way everyone has time to park, find their seat, and settle in before we say "I do". The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm, and will be very short; arriving early will ensure that you don't miss anything!

Question

What's the parking situation?

Answer

The venue will be providing valet service for invited guests. There are also a few paid parking lots and garages in the surrounding area. While transportation to the venue is not being provided, most hotels are just a short Uber/Lyft ride away.

Question

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

Hot and cold appetizers will be served during cocktail hour. Dinner will be served buffet-style, and will include both meat and vegetarian options. While there are some gluten-free options available, there are no vegan, or vegan/vegetarian + gluten-free foods on the menu.
