What are the parking and transportation options?

Answer

Prior to the ceremony, please allow additional time to secure parking. There is nearby street parking, as well as parking garages we recommend utilizing via spot hero. For those staying locally we recommend utilizing rideshare apps. Hotels, the chapel, and our reception venue are within a 5 block radius, so weather permitting it may also be walkable at your discretion! 156 E Chicago Ave Chicago, IL 60611 and 750 N Rush St Chicago, IL 60611 Complimentary valet parking will be available at the venue beginning at 4:00 pm, immediately following the ceremony. When the wedding ceremony has concluded, we recommend moving your car to Ivy Room prior to the beginning of cocktail hour. Please check out our "Things To Do" tab for suggestions near our venue to fill the catholic gap! Cars cannot be left with valet overnight and must be picked up following the conclusion of the reception.

Are my children invited?

We love your kids, but our wedding will be an adult only celebration. We appreciate you making arrangements to enjoy a child-free evening with us!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Plus ones are by invitation only due to space constraints. Please only bring those listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden party formal attire is requested, black tie optional. Men- if you have a tuxedo or a dark suit, enjoy a night getting all dressed up! Women- floor length gowns, cocktail dresses or dressy separates are requested. We encourage bright colors and fun florals!

What should I do if I cannot attend?

Answer

We will miss you! Please let us know by our RSVP date so we can plan accordingly. Late RSVPs will not be accepted and you will be marked as unable to attend.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting our cocktail hour will be outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. Please plan accordingy!
