There are two ways you can book your room. 1. Click the link at the bottom of the page that says view 2. Call the hotel and use the group code BDWS Deadline for room reservation is Tuesday, July 26, 2022. After that the remainder of the room block will be released to general public and the rate will not be the same. If you go to book and there are no more room available that I reserved please reach out to Jenna. She will contact her sales coordinator. If you are not in the wedding party please try and only book for Friday August 26-27. We only reserved a handful of rooms for August 25 for the wedding party for the rehearsal & dinner. Thank you! Check in starts at 3:00pm Check out is by 12:00pm If you book for Friday and would like to have early check in please make note of the time you would like when booking. THE TIME IS NOT GUARANTEED, but they will try their best. To do so, go under choose room features and there is a box to click early check in and then put your estimated arrival time. Shuttle plans to leave at 3:15pm & 3:30pm to give adequate time to get to the venue before the ceremony begins.
