Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, however its preferred to not leave your vehicle at the venue so make sure you have a DD.

Can I leave my vehicle over night?

Answer

No, please do not leave your vehicle over night at the venue. Make sure to either have a DD, uber/lyft, or call a cab.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoor and the reception is also outdoor but partial coverage. The weather could be cold once the sun goes down. Make sure to check the weather prior to the event.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Please review the travel tab for a list of hotels within the area at discounted rates. There are also some airbnbs in the area as well.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal. We are getting married at a barn so expect, dirt, grass and pavement. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes for dancing! ;)

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

The weather can be unpredictable this time of year. There is a possibility of wind, rain and coldness. So make sure to check the weather the week of to confirm.

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

Mortimer Farms is located in Dewey, AZ on the corner of Hwy 69 and Hwy 169. The entrance to the wedding is south on Hwy 69. You will see a trailer that says "Weddings and Events" Just past that Trailer is the entrance and parking. If you hit the curve on the highway you have gone too far. If you accidentally turn at the Market entrance, follow the dirt road (old Black Canyon Hwy) down to the entrance/parking area.

Do they allow outside food or drink?

Answer

No outside food or drinks are available. Drinks are on us, hangover is on you! :)

Answer

We want everyone to have a great time with no worries! No kids at this party please. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are limited to the amount of people we can invite. All guest who are invited are listed on the Invitation received.
