What's the best way to RSVP? When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
We please ask our guests to RSVP by or before October 20th so we can have the final guest count & entrees selected. You can RSVP on this website in the "RSVP" section or contact Mother of Bride, Arcelia or Bride, Byanka.
Question
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The gates will open 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time. We suggest our guests to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to ensure enough time to park, walk and find your seats.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in the moment.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! There is parking available as soon as you enter the venue. Immediate and bridal family have access to the closer lots.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual Women can wear below-the-knee dresses, slip dresses, a dressy skirt and top, or an elegant pantsuit (styled with heels, nice wedges, or formal flats). For men, opt for a dress shirt and slacks, with the option to wear a tie. Formal suit and ties are more than welcome.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors in the garden area, so prepare to walk on grass! If it rains this day, the ceremony will be moved to an indoor area. We will inform you then if that happens. The cocktail hour will take place both outside and inside. There will be chairs and tables outside the reception room and the reception room will be open to those who prefer to be seated indoors. The reception is indoors.

What type of food will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
During cocktail hour we will have imported and domestic cheeses garnished with seasonal fruit and assorted crackers. During reception guests will have a choice between three entree selections: Vegetarian, Beef Tenderloin, and Chicken Breast. All entrees include rustic bread, seasonal vegetables, and garlic mashed potatoes (except vegetarian entree).

What will seating look like for both the ceremony and reception?
Answer
For the ceremony, immediate family will have the closest seats reserved for them. For the rest of our friends and family, please feel free to sit wherever you please. For the reception, there will be a seating chart outside the dining room. It will be arranged alphabetically by last name, from there you will see your table number. Once you get to your table, there will be placards with your name on your seat.

Are gifts allowed?
Answer
Though we don't expect anything, there is a gift table in the entry to the dining room or you can give them to a staff member to place on the gift table. If you wish to bring a gift card, please be prepared to place it in our designated sealed container as our venue requests us to do so.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately we are only able to accommodate a limited amount of guests to have a plus one, please refer to your invite. Confirm whether or not your plus one will be coming, as we need a final guest count.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
There will be a bar that is accessible to all. Everyone will be given a token for a free drink. We suggest to readily have some form of payment if you plan on wanting more drinks throughout the night.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes! There will be a little over an hour for you to grab a snack, cocktails, walk around the garden and use the restroom.
