To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the official deadline is April 15th, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. In order to give our venue ample notice for a final guest count we will need your RSVP by this date. Thank you for understanding. <3
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those who are formally invited. If you have any concerns feel free to reach out to us. If you receive a plus one, they will be formally addressed within the subject line of your invitation. Otherwise, only named guests on the invitation may be in attendance.
Also due to limited space, only named guests will be granted attendance. While we love all of your families, we only have enough space for the children named on invitations directly. We ask that you find accommodations during our wedding and enjoy a parents night out. Thank you!
We ask you kindly to put any phones and cameras away during the ceremony. Please make sure they are silenced and out of sight. We have carefully picked a photographer to capture these moments and would love you all to be present with us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to capture whatever you like as long as you are present. We will also have disposable cameras for you to use and are excited to see the day through your eyes!
Yes! There will be an open beer and wine bar as well as non-alcoholic options. The venue has a strict no outside alcohol policy so please leave your alcohol and flasks at home. There will also be liquor for purchase. If you decide to bring any outside alcohol you will be asked to leave. We're excited to party and dance with you all so the alcohol is on us, the hangover is on you!
Our ceremony will be in the courtyard and dinner in the banquet hall. We are hoping for nice weather towards the end of May but as we know Washington weather has a mind of its own. There will be covered spaces at all times in case mother nature decides to bless us with some rain!
