FAQs

The Wedding Website of Nicole Germann and Mike Buyan
Question

Attire

Answer

We’d love for you to dress up a little, but keep comfort and the ranch setting in mind. Sundresses, maxis, button-downs, slacks, or jeans with a dress shirt all work well. Boots encouraged—heels, not so much (you’ll thank us later.)

Question

Can we camp at the ranch?

Answer

For those who want to fully embrace the Montana experience, we’re excited to offer camping right on the property! Fall asleep under the stars and wake up surrounded by Montana’s beautiful open skies. Bring your own gear and get ready for a relaxed, rustic night with plenty of fresh air and great company. Basic amenities (Porta Potty) will be available and maybe a few coyotes howling in the distance.

Question

Furry Friends

Answer

We absolutely love animals; however, we’re unable to allow dogs on the ranch at any time. We kindly ask that you leave your pets at home, where they’ll be more comfortable.

Question

When Should We Book Our Accommodations

Answer

Ennis is a popular destination, and things WILL book up fast—especially around our wedding weekend. We strongly recommend grabbing a hotel or Airbnb sooner rather than later so you’re not scrambling last minute. The earlier you book, the better the options. Can’t wait to have you there celebrating with us!

Question

Can I bring my kids

Answer

We’re excited to celebrate with all our loved ones, including little ones! Since our wedding is on a ranch, please note that it’s an open, natural space with uneven ground and some potential hazards or use this night as a fun date night out! Parents and guardians are kindly asked to keep a close eye on their children and take full responsibility for their safety throughout the day. Thanks so much for helping us keep everyone happy and safe! Or use this night as a fun date night!

Question

What time should I arrive

Answer

We recommend arriving about 45 minutes to 30 minutes before the ceremony to enjoy pre-ceremony drinks starting at 4:45 and mingle with other guests. We will start the ceremony promptly at 5:30 PM! The shuttle will be running continuously, so feel free to arrive anytime during that window and catch a ride to the ceremony location. This way, you’ll have plenty of time to relax, grab a drink, and settle in before we get started!

Question

Will There be Parking

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available on-site. Shuttle service will also be running to help guests get between locations.

Question

Will there be transportation

Answer

To help everyone get to and from the wedding venue comfortably, we’ll be offering shuttle service throughout the afternoon and evening. While the exact schedule is still being finalized, rest assured there will be multiple pickups and drop-offs to accommodate guests. Please note: There are no Uber or taxi services available in the area, so the shuttle is the best way to get around safely and easily. We will be posting a full schedule when it is finalized. We’ll send out the full shuttle timeline closer to the wedding date so you know exactly when and where to catch your ride.

Question

Can I take Photos

Answer

We love that you want to capture every moment—trust us, so do we! But please put those phones and cameras away during the ceremony. Our pro photographer has it covered, and we want everyone’s eyes on us (not on their screens). If you’re caught snapping pics, you might just get gently shushed… or worse, become our unofficial paparazzi for the night! Thanks for helping keep the moment special and screen-free.

Question

Lets talk Bar

Answer

The party doesn’t stop when the hosted bar does! A cash bar will be available later in the evening, and our bartenders will be ready to keep the good times flowing. We’re so excited to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I bring a plus one

Answer

Please refer to your invitation for guest details. If you have questions, feel free to reach out.

Question

What Shoes should I wear?

Answer

We recommend either flats or closed shoes, like boots, due to the environment.

Question

When should we RSVP

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by May 1st your reply helps us plan all the important details (like how much cake to order and how many chairs we need!) Thank you, and we can’t wait to see you there!

Question

Do I really need a Jacket in July

Answer

Depends! Montana nights can get chilly! Always good to be prepared!
