We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Immediate family and our flower girl are the exception. If this causes concern, please reach out and we can work it out.
Semi-formal or dressy casual. It will most likely be hot during the ceremony and there is no air conditioning to escape to. We want you to be comfortable and ready to dance the night away but also look great in all of the professional photos.
We have not reserved a specific hotel block because so many guests are already here in Denver and many others would prefer using a site like Airbnb. There is not provided transportation to the wedding but there are plenty of ubers and lyfts to get you there. There will be transportation to the after hours party following the reception.
Yes! There is a very close parking lot with handicap accessible parking spots. You can't leave your car overnight and you'll need to follow the directions we provide- Google maps may be able to get you there but the best access is from the east side of the park because the west side streets are often blocked off.
There will be a wide variety of heavy hors d'oeuvres and a taco bar for dinner. There will be plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options. (and an open bar, of course)
The ceremony is entirely outside and the reception is in an open, large pavilion building. If there is rain, the ceremony will be moved in to the pavilion. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning and Labor Day in Colorado tends to be warm. Thankfully, it cools down quickly once the sun goes down. Colorado weather requires layers, sunscreen, and lot's and lot's of water.
