When you arrive, simply follow the Willow Haven Event Center sign up the driveway to the top of the hill, where you'll find parking near the barn entrance.

Where is the wedding ceremony/reception?
Answer
Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Willow Haven Event Center, located at 3570 W Smithville Western Rd, Wooster, OH 44691. We'll exchange vows outdoors on the deck behind the barn, followed by cocktail hour and our reception in the barn and on the patio.

Will this be an unplugged ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we're asking that guests keep cameras and phones away during the ceremony so our photographers can capture the moment beautifully, and to help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Thank you for understanding!

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible. Both the outdoor ceremony deck and the main reception level of the barn are fully accessible. Please note that the firepit area may require steps to access.

We're excited to have Cleveland Woodfired Catering prepare a variety of fresh wood-fired pizzas for our reception, along with salad, pizza bread, and pasta.
