FAQs

If you have any other questions that we haven't answered here, please reach out to us!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP online (see the "RSVP" tab) by September 1, 2025.

Question

Are plus-ones or children welcome?

Answer

We are so lucky to be loved by so many people and wish we could celebrate with your entire family, but due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate those listed exclusively on your invitation. If you feel we have made a mistake, please reach out.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional We love a good reason to dress up; we ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or a floor-length dress.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

As weather permits, the ceremony will be outdoors in grass, with a covered/paved cocktail hour and indoor reception.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive at the venue starting at 4:30 PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM. Please plan accordingly to find a seat and settle in.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

See our "Travel" tab for more information about transportation, hotel blocks and lodging options. Keep in mind that this is college football and peak wedding season around here; PLEASE book early!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We know you all traveled from near, and mostly far, to be with us on this special day. Stay tuned for an Uber code for a ride on us! We recommend scheduling a ride in advance to guarantee a driver. The venue, which is a ~10-15 minute drive from our hotels, also has plenty of parking and you may leave your vehicle overnight.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding and/or post on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos so that all of our guests can remain in the moment. For the rest of the evening, we encourage capturing all of the candid footage! Respectfully, we also ask that we be the first to share this special life event with others on social media platforms. Kaitlyn will track you down!
