We want you to feel comfortable while still looking your best! We kindly request cocktail or garden party attire. Think sundresses, long or short dresses, and suits (ties and jackets optional—totally your call). We just ask that you skip the jeans and hats.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:45 PM.
In effort to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We adore your kids, but we've decided to make our wedding day an adults-only event so everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration. Our flower girls and ring bearers will be the only children in attendance. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors. Ladies, during the ceremony there is grassy areas to walk on. Pick shoes accordingly.
Yes! We have hotel blocks available in Clare and a limited number in Gladwin. Please visit our Travel page for full details and booking information. There are Airbnbs in the area as well.
We will have one shuttle providing transportation to the ceremony from the Best Western in Clare. The shuttle will depart promptly at 3:00 PM and will be the only transportation option to the ceremony. After the reception, there will be two shuttle options available for return trips.
Yes, parking is available on-site, and you’re welcome to leave your car overnight. Please note that Uber and Lyft services are limited in the Gladwin area.
