Will children be allowed to attend?

Answer

Although we would love to celebrate with all of our loved one's kids, our wedding will be adults 18+ only. We hope you understand!

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st using the "RSVP" tab on the website.

Will the event be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. The museum also has a patio that guests will be able to use

What will parking look like at the museum?

Answer

Parking will be available in the North lot, with limited and handicapped parking located on Park Street, and an auxiliary parking lot, located across the street from the Main St. entrance. Look out for cones and signs directing you.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

Our caterer will be serving a variety of station style food that allows guests to customize meals according to tastes and dietary preferences. Please let Mike or Katie know of any allergies. There will also be an appetizer station during cocktail hour

Please let Mike or Katie know about the allergy and they will relay it to the caterer.

What is the dresscode?

Answer

Semi-formal dress code Think maxi/midi dresses for women in bright summer colors, and breathable fabrics with or without a tie for men. Text Katie if you have any hesitations with what to wear!

What color will the bridal party be wearing?

Answer

The bridal party will be wearing olive green, but don't let this stop you from wearing a similar color!

Can we explore the museum?

Answer

The art museum will be available to walk through from 6-8pm. Drink parks will be available between exhibits

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar staffed by the museum from 6-9:30 pm. Thanks Lou!

How do I book a room at the hotel?

Answer

There is a limited amount of hotel rooms blocked off for Saturday night. Please visit the "Travel" tab of the website or use code "Butina Ouellette Wedding" on the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Latrobe website by July 8th

How will I get to and from the venue if I'm staying at SpringHill Suites?

Answer

Elite Shuttle Service will be making trips to the museum before the ceremony starts and again at the end of the night to get back to the hotel. Keep on the lookout for exact an exact shuttle schedule closer to the wedding!

What if I'm staying at a different hotel or going home?

Answer

There will hopefully be multiple Uber and Lyft drivers working in the area for those staying elsewhere. Please don't drink and drive!
