Should you choose to drive, there is parking a few blocks away in a lot at the Darwin School located at 2322 N Albany Ave.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle service will be provided to and from Stan Mansion through 312 Limo Company. Shuttles will depart at 3:45pm from The InterContinental Hotel (505 N Michigan Ave) and from The Residence Inn (101 E Erie St) for the ceremony. After the wedding, shuttles will depart from Stan Mansion back to The InterContinental, The Residence Inn, and the Ritz at 9pm, 10:30pm, and 12:10am.

What is the history of Stan Mansion?

Answer

Built in 1921 to house a chapter of the Knights Templar, the building remained a masonic lodge for a majority of it’s years. It remained a lodge until Cera Stan bought the property and began maintaining, renovating, and restoring the building to its former beauty.
