Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, black-tie optional. Long gowns and tuxes preferred, but not required.

What time should you arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 PM. It is recommended to arrive by 6:30 PM to allow time to be seated and enjoy a cocktail before it starts.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, self-parking is available directly outside the venue, with ample space to accommodate all guests.

Do you need a hotel room?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at Hotel Colonnade Coral Gables, Autograph Collection, located at 180 Aragon Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134. You can book your room using the link in the Travel tab, or by calling the hotel at (305) 441-2600 and requesting the Crapanzano/Butchin wedding block. The room block is available for both Friday and Saturday night, and you are welcome to book either one or both nights based on your plans. The booking link defaults to rooms with two double beds; if you prefer a room with one king bed, please reach out to us and we will assist with the change. Resort fees can be removed at check-in if you prefer not to have them included on your reservation. If you experience any issues while booking, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Is there transportation from the hotel?

Yes, we will provide a shuttle bus that will run continuously between Hotel Colonnade (hotel block) and the venue.
