We had one of our first dates here. Everything, and I mean literally everything, on the menu is good. I recommend the plantain nachos, grab some of the elote, and mix it into the nachos. Perfectenschlag.
House of Found Objects
Once again another one of our first date spots. Super cool and unique bar! Each booth is themed differently, there are Elvis costumes, and oh, a womb room.

I suppose I'll share a fun outdoorsy activity. Oak Mountain State Park is huge and it's really pretty, especially around fall!

Really cool art gallery, really beautiful pieces, and really free which is always awesome!

Some of the best ramen I have ever had. It's a 21+ establishment, just fyi.
Tucana Tiki Bar
Cool cups that I don't recommend stealing unless you want to pay a hefty fine of $50, though I do believe you can buy the cups separately. Also a very fun and funky bar.
The Summit Birmingham
A cute and fun outdoor shopping place! They have some good food (Chuy's, Shake Shack, Blue Sushi Sake Grill ((which has an incredible happy hour menu *that is not just drinks* from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. every day, and all day Sunday)), etc.) and fun things to do within that area!
Frothy Monkey
Such a good breakfast spot! Their french toast is super good.
