Question

How to RSVP and when are RSVPs due by?

Answer

Please mail your RSVP card in the pre-postage and addressed envelope that was in the formal invitation. RSVPs should be mailed before April 5th.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that you please wear semi-formal attire; such as a cocktail-length dress, dressy separates, or a suit and tie. If you’d like to be ‘on theme’ for the wedding, may we suggest wearing pastels. Weather permitting, cocktail hour will be outdoors on a lawn. A coat might be a good accessory to bring. Dinner and Dancing will be in a 5 Peak Tent. We want to see everyone out on the dance floor, so a change of shoes might be a good choice.

Question

Answer

Annunciation Catholic Church (Ceremony) 1820 Church Rd Aurora, IL 60505 Heritage Prairie Farm (Reception) 2N308 Brundige Rd Elburn, IL 60119 There is onsite parking at both the Church and the reception venue.

Question

Answer

While we love everyone's children, this is a 21+ event. **Children are invited to the Brunch on Sunday. Please let us know if they will be joining us.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Question

How will I stay hydrated?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

Question

What if I have food allergies?

Answer

Dinner will be served family style, but we are working closely with the chef to accommodate food allergies. Please list any and all dietary restrictions on the RSVP Card.

Question

Is there a Block of Rooms reserved?

Answer

Yes, please see Travel Section.

Question

Are there animals on the farm?

Answer

Heritage Prairie Farm is a functioning organic produce farm with no livestock on the property. However, there are several cats that live on the grounds. We suggest bringing allergy medication if you are allergic to cats, just in case.
