Please plan to arrive at Parish of Christ the King between 1:30 and 1:45 p.m. to allow time to be seated. Mass will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter once Mass has begun.
Self-parking is available in the parking lot across from Parish of Christ the King. Complimentary valet will be offered at The Mayo Hotel for the reception. As it is a Saturday evening downtown, we recommend allowing extra time for parking.
As our ceremony will take place in the Catholic church earlier in the day, there will be a brief gap before cocktail hour and the reception beginning. We encourage guests to use this time to explore Tulsa, freshen up, or simply relax. The Penthouse Rooftop will open at 4:00 p.m. as a welcoming space to gather, with cocktail hour beginning at 5:00 p.m.
