Where is the wedding?

All wedding events will be held in Castiglioncello, Italy at the Grand Hotel Villa Parisi. The villa is a bed and breakfast style hotel. If you would like to book your accommodations at Villa Parisi please reach out to BrookeandJackson2025@gmail.com.

What should I wear?
Answer
Welcome Dinner: Cocktail Attire- Cocktail dresses, dressy separates, and suits. Wedding Ceremony & Reception: Semi-Formal- Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

What are the dining options during the week?
Answer
Villa Parisi is a bed and breakfast so breakfast will be provided each morning from 8:00AM to 10:45AM for guests who have made reservations at the villa. All guests are invited to the Welcome Happy Hour on May 20th, Welcome Dinner on May 21st and Wedding dinner on May 22nd. Additional information on dining options within the city of Castiglioncello are located on the 'Restaurants and Activities tab'.

What time is the pool open at Villa Parisi?
Answer
The pool at Villa Parisi is accessible only to guests who have booked their accommodations at the Villa. It is open for use from 9am to 7pm, but is not accessible on the wedding day, May 22, 2025.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will be unplugged. We have hired a professional photographer to capture our ceremony; however, please feel free to take photos during the reception and throughout the rest of the week!

For guests who have booked their accommodations at Villa Parisi, check-in is on May 20, 2025 at 2:00PM and check-out is on May 23, 2025 at 11:00AM.

Do you have a gift registry?

Yes! Our registry can be found on the registry tab. We ask that all gifts be mailed to the address provided to avoid carrying any extra luggage.

How do I book accommodation at Grand Hotel Villa Parisi?
Answer
We have blocked all of the rooms at the villa for our guest's exclusive use from May 20th - May 23rd. To book accommodations, please email BrookeandJackson2025@gmail.com. The cost per room ranges from €130- €240 per night. A tourist tax of €2.50 per person per day will be due at check-out. Please provide the number of people in your party. Once your reservation is confirmed, in early 2025, a secure check-out link will be sent to you directly by the Villa to process the payment for your room(s). Payment is due on April 20, 2025.
