What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:15 PM to allow time to park, enter the venue & find a seat. Due to pathway layouts, all walkways leading to the ceremony will be closed at 4:25 PM.

Venue Parking & Rideshare

Answer

When you turn onto 87th Ave off of Carefree Hwy, you’ll go straight until you come to a gate at the base of the venue's property. An attendant will be there to greet you and provide access. From the gate, you’ll drive about one mile up and around the hill to reach the venue. The gate attendant will remain on duty only until the ceremony begins; after that, a gate code will be required for entry. Once you arrive at the venue, staff will guide you to your parking spot. Lyft and Uber drivers will also be able to enter with the provided gate code. Venue staff recommends scheduling rideshares for end of night pickup (10 pm). Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal/Cocktail attire is requested. If your formal attire consists of nice jeans, boots, and a cowboy hat, go for it! If your formal means a floor-length gown with stilettos, we’re all for it! Please kindly refrain from wearing shorts, flip flops, ripped jeans, or any distressed attire. The majority of the wedding events will be outside, so a light coat is suggested once the sun goes down. The temperature will drop to the low 60s/high 50s in the late evening.

Are kids welcome?

With the exception of our nieces and nephews, our wedding will be an adults only event. We hope that you can still join us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones for all guests. Your invitation will specify who is included in your RSVP. However, as we receive responses, if we find that we have additional space, we would love to welcome your date. If this becomes possible, we’ll be sure to let you know! We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence is truly the best gift we could ask for, so we do not have a traditional wedding registry. However, if you’d like to contribute in another way, we have set up a honeymoon fund to help us create unforgettable memories on our European Honeymoon in September 2026. Zola has a honeymoon fund that you can contribute to, but we will also provide a Venmo QR code at the wedding. Your love and support mean the world to us, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

The Desert Outdoor Center features a live reptile exhibit that guests can explore during the evening! Feel free to take a peek and enjoy a unique taste of Arizona’s wildlife.
