Ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and drinks will all take place in the Cottonwood Hotel, in the historic Schimmel Ballroom. The celebration will be indoors, but there are also multiple outdoor patios we hope you’ll take advantage of! The ceremony will begin at 5pm, with cocktail hour, dinner and drinks to follow. Cocktail hour will include beverages and light passed hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will be plated - you can select your meal option when you RSVP. An open bar will be available.
While we’d love to celebrate with everyone, due to venue size and restrictions, this will be an adults-only event, and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please consider staying with us at the hotel! We’ve secured a block of rooms at discounted rates for Friday and Saturday nights. You can find details and the link to book at the "Hotel Room Blocks" tab, or shoot us a note if you have issues. If you’re interested in staying other nights outside of Fri/Sat, you may need to call the hotel to add these to your reservation. The hotel has an outdoor pool, lobby bar and restaurant (Orleans Room), lower-level cocktail bar (The Cottonwood Room), and attached steakhouse (Committee Chophouse). It’s also dog friendly (Clark-approved)!
Valet parking for the hotel is $10 daily, or $30 for overnight. Blackstone District: There is a paid parking lot behind the hotel, but prices vary and may be more expensive at the hourly rate than the hotel valet. Street parking and meters are also available and operate 9am-9pm, free on Sunday. Visit https://www.blackstonedistrict.com/parking for more info. We recommend arriving early to find parking or use the valet.
The most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us on our wedding day. However, if you wish to give a gift, our registry is available via the link above (or directly with stores listed) and a gift/card table will be at the wedding.
