Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Kindly RSVP by January 03, 2025 so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and for catering. We would prefer you RSVP through our wedding website, or if you are unable you can contact us directly. If we have not received your RSVP by the specified date we will assume that you are unable to attend and will mark down as "not attending".

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please try to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and where to sit. The ceremony starts at 4:00 p.m., so plan to arrive at around 3:30 p.m. Once the ceremony starts, no entrance will be granted.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Feel free to wear whatever color you would like, but please avoid the color white of course! Also, the ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held both indoors and outdoors, so please plan accordingly!

Can I bring a plus one?

While we would love to have everyone attend and due to the limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at our venue, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only. Any children invited will be listed by name on the RSVP and/or invitation. We encourage you to use this as a date night and to have some fun!

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We do kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony. Feel free to take as many photos/videos as you would like once the ceremony is finished!

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same place, which will be at Bella Fiori Gardens, 219605 E Perkins Rd, Kennewick, WA 99337.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please arrange for transportation if you plan on drinking, we want everyone to make it home safely. Also, please do NOT bring hard liquor as that is prohibited by our venue and could result in the termination of the event.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free meal options?
Answer
Please reach out to us directly so we can accommodate for any dietary needs accordingly.

What about cards and gifts?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is enough, so please do not feel as though you need to provide a gift! However, if you would like to, a donation towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated. Or one could refer to our wedding registry as well.
