When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible but no later than September 1st! We want you to be included and if we do not know, we do not know whether to count you in or not!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do have a hotel block at Comfort Suites in Cullman; however, if you would like more recommendations, you can reach out to Ashley or Tristan, and they can tell you some other recommendations near by!

Will both the ceremony and reception take place at the same place?

Answer

Yes, ceremony and reception will be within 50 feet of each other.

What do I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

As much as we would love for you to be there, we understand, and we still love you! Please let us know you will not be attending by filling out the RSVP form on this website or text Ashley at (205) 441-0539

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Use the address, 233 Quail Creek Dr. Hartselle, AL 35640 to get there. It is on a golf course! You will drive past the RV park and immediately past the Inn, the ceremony and reception will take place to the right when you pull in.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Since the ceremony will be starting at 5:30p, please arrive no later than 5 minutes before to make sure you have time to be seated before the ceremony starts.

Where can I park?

Answer

As you pull in, you will see the Inn and the golf course clubhouse; therefore, in between them is a parking lot and you are absolutely welcome to park there!

Will the ceremony or reception be outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside and the reception will be held inside with curtain garage doors that will be lifted.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for you to dress up with us, but we just want you to be comfortable, so we just request no jeans, if all possible!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

This is a golf course, so there for sure could be more events happening; however, I do not believe it would be a distraction to find where you are going!
