Absolutely! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you. We will provide an open bar during the reception as well as bride and groom signature cocktails during cocktail hour.
The Dominion Club has a parking lot full of spaces. (free parking, yay!) They also allow you to leave your car over night if you’ve had a few too many drinks, as long as it is picked up by 10 am on February 8th.
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony and politely ask that you wait until after the ceremony to take photos. We have an amazing photographer who will capture those moments for us and would love to share those photos with you.
If you do not have prior arrangements to stay at one of our houses, we have a hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn Richmond. Here is the link to book a room: https://links.h6.hilton.com/f/a/0qfFy4ykMSB5S1v5oJGDWw~~/AAQRxQA~/RgRpPDqqP0Q1aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cubXktZXZlbnQuaGlsdG9uLmNvbS9icnlhbnQtYnVydG9ud2VkZGluZy9XA3NwY0IKZ1WqtVlneKA0HFIVYW1idXJ0b242NjlAZ21haWwuY29tWAQAAALi
We would love to see you in your semi-formal attire! You are going to look amazing no matter what you wear but we do ask that you please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream as those are reserved for the bride. If you are a grandparent of the bride or groom, please wear a shade of blue. We would love to honor the grandparents by having them be our “Something Blue” from the wedding tradition “Something old, something new; Something borrowed, something blue”.
