Yes! We’d love to spend a little extra time celebrating with you. Please join us for a welcome party the night before the wedding on Friday, June 12th, from 8:30–10:00 PM. It will be a relaxed and fun way to kick off the weekend and spend time together before the big day! More details will be shared soon—we hope you can make it!
Our wedding will be black tie optional. We invite guests to dress in formal evening attire—think tuxedos or dark suits for men, and long gowns, midi dresses, or elegant cocktail dresses for women. That said, a tuxedo is not required. A well-tailored suit and tie or a polished formal outfit is perfectly appropriate. We encourage you to dress in a way that feels both formal and comfortable. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Yes! Transportation will be provided for guests staying at our hotel blocks. Two buses will pick up guests from Hotel Ardent and AC Hotel Dayton at 3:00 PM and 3:20 PM. These buses will take you to the ceremony at Westminster Presbyterian and then continue to the reception at Moraine Country Club. At the end of the evening, return transportation will be available starting at 10:30 PM, with buses running continuously back to the hotels until the reception concludes at 11:15 PM. We recommend planning to arrive early for pickup so you don’t miss the bus!
Yes! Parking is available at both the ceremony and reception. For the ceremony at Westminster Presbyterian, guests are welcome to park in the lot located directly across the street from the church. Parking will also be available at Moraine Country Club for the reception.
